These girls are INCREDIBLE. I moved to Georgetown and was in search of somewhere who used ZO products. (IYKYK) I came in to restock on a few products and I left with not only that, but a new support team! They are SO informative, so kind, not pushy at all and made me feel so comfortable. Katelyn and Lyndsey absolutely saved my skin! I went for my initial visit and they listened to what my concerns were and gave me honest feedback and suggestions. I have done two virtual follow up appointments with Katelyn since then because it is an hour drive to get to Georgetown and I can say that my experience with virtual consults did not feel like I was missing out on anything I had received in person. The ladies at The Refinery genuinely want to see you have successful results and don’t push products or treatments. I have struggled with breakouts/skin sensitivity for my entire life. I tried everything and spent an absurd amount of money doing it. Fast forward to April 2022... a year post-partum, with my second child and my skin was the worst it had ever been. My self confidence was at an all time low. Sloane set up a virtual consultation, looked at my skin, had me send pictures and we discussed all of my concerns. She was so understanding and helpful. Great place for all your skin, beauty & body/fitness needs. I had three types of services done so far & purchasing products with them. Everyone had been so warm, friendly & professional. They take good care of me in every visit & took their time with my procedures. I added microneedling with prf and undereye prf injections to my wedding budget and I could not be more happy about the results. I had some scarring on my forehead from years of picking my skin and very uneven skin texture. I was able to complete 2 sessions before my wedding and my skin looked phenomenal! The Refinery is just the place I was looking for to enhance my natural looks, not change them. Lindsey is a real gem! She is extremely knowledgeable and honest about what treatments would work best for me. I initially went in for a little Botox, and after my consultation I left with a new skincare routine, and some suggestions on how I could improve some of my facial and body features I’d like to improve.
