What will my Wellness Plan look like?

Initial, hour-long, consultation during which we dive deep into your specific concerns, history, experiences, etc. We want to get to know you as a person, what got you here, and where you want to go.
Thorough lab workup into the potential underlying factors affecting you (lab work pricing not included, often covered by insurance).
Genetic testing when indicated.
Follow up appointment to discuss the results of your testing (blood work and/or genetic testing) and create a specific plan to help you reach your goals.
3 month wellness follow up to assess your progress and discuss any recommended adjustments.
